• Provides encrypted network connections to protect your online privacy and data security
• Supports multiple device platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Offers servers in multiple countries and regions worldwide
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all services at any time

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• A valid email address is required for registration
• Each email address may only be associated with one account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account

2.2 Account Security

• Sharing or transferring your account to others is strictly prohibited
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account

By using GalePass services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You may NOT use our services to:

• Attempt to hack, attack, or interfere with our servers or network infrastructure
• Any other activity that violates applicable law or our service rules

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.

4.1 Free Trial

• New users receive a 3-day free trial upon registration, with no payment information required
• Full service features and all server nodes are accessible during the trial period
• After the trial period, purchase a paid plan to continue using the service
• We encourage you to fully evaluate the service during the trial before purchasing

4.2 Paid Services

• All prices are as displayed on the website; we reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time
• Service activates immediately upon successful payment
• Plan validity begins from the date of purchase
• Due to the free trial period provided for full evaluation, paid plans are non-refundable once purchased
• Users whose services are terminated due to Terms violations forfeit any prepaid fees

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation.
