Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know whether my Mac is Intel or Apple Silicon?

Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner → About This Mac → Chip. If it shows "Apple M1/M2/M3", choose the Apple Silicon version; if it shows an Intel processor, choose the Intel version.

Which distributions does the Linux version support?

We provide a .deb installer for Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 11+, and their derivatives. Users of other distributions may need manual configuration.

Can I use it on multiple devices at the same time?

Yes. Depending on your membership level, you can sign in on multiple devices at once. Devices are bound automatically at sign-in, and the oldest device is removed when the limit is exceeded.

Does the client need manual updates?

The client checks for updates automatically and prompts you when a new version is available. We recommend updating promptly for the latest features and security fixes.
